Terms and Conditions – Dubai Festival City Community Garden Competition

1. Eligibility:
The competition is open exclusively to Dubai Festival City (DFC) residents.
Participants must provide valid proof of residency (Emirates ID and tenancy
contract or equivalent proof) upon winning.

2. Competition and Judging Criteria:
Gardens will be judged based on the following criteria, but not limited to:
– Best Garden Aesthetics
– Sustainability Practices
– Variety and Number of Plants
– Overall Creativity and Maintenance

The decision of the judges is final and binding, and no disputes will be entertained.

3. Prizes and Redemption:
The competition will have three winners:
– 1st Place: AED 2,500 ACE Voucher
– 2nd Place: AED 1,500 ACE Voucher
– 3rd Place: AED 1,000 ACE Voucher

The vouchers:
Are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Can be redeemed only at ACE Dubai Festival City.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
Will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged.

4. Winner Announcement and Verification:

• Winners will be announced on 25th March via email and WhatsApp, and voucher distribution will take place either at the ACE DFC store or Al Areesh Club.

Upon winning, participants must present:

• Valid Emirates ID
• Tenancy contract or proof of residency in Dubai Festival City

5. General Terms:

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• Dubai Festival City reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary.
• Participation in the competition constitutes consent for Dubai Festival City to use
  photos/videos of gardens for promotional purposes and social media platforms.

To keep things fair and fun for everyone, we kindly ask all participants to follow
the rules. If any guidelines aren’t met, the organizers may need to disqualify the
entry.
